What are the measurements of the box?

What if I need more crates than I initially reserved?

No problem. Contact us via online chat on our Help Page 12 hours before your reservation date, and we’ll arrange to deliver additional crates as needed.

Is there a delivery charge if I'm on a zone covered for you ?

No, we offer free delivery and free pickup of crates to your location if you’re in a covered area, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

If you’re in an uncovered area you can still rent the crates and a small fee will be added to your reservation just to cover gas and time expenses. We’re expanding fast so we can cover most areas and cities at no extra charge for you.

Is it a box, crate or tote that I am renting?

Yes, it’s the same. When you rent from us, you’ll be receiving durable plastic crates that are designed to make your move easier and more organized. These crates, sometimes referred to as totes or boxes, provide a convenient and eco-friendly alternative to traditional cardboard boxes.
