Can I return the boxes earlier than 7 days if my move takes less than the one reserved?
Yeah. The minimum time for reservations is 7 days included in the price, but if you wish to return the rented units before this period you can request the collection of the boxes on an earlier date, requesting the return by contacting us via ONLINE CHAT on our HELP PAGE. Please note that you will not receive a partial refund of your reservation for unused time.
Do you offer free drop-off/delivery and pickup/return of boxes to my addresses?
Yes, we offer free, drop-off/delivery and pickup/return covering the 2 addresses you use in the reservation if your addresses are within the area of operations. If any of your addresses is outside the area of operations, you can still make the reservation and you will be charged a small fee that will cover gas and time expenses.
Why does my address not appear or does it say that it is incorrect?
This can be for any number of reasons, but it is quite possible that you are completely out of our area of operations and the system will not allow you to make a reservation. Even so, it is very possible that we can make some accommodations so that you can make a reservation. Please contact us via online chat on our help page.
