How is the time calculated?

The Reservation Time is calculated by the amount of time that the movers will be working to help you including transportation time etc.

In the case that you have reserved a vehicle:

If you reserve a vehicle, a helper will be included in the price of the initial estimate for a full hour (helper/mover driver of the vehicle), said time will begin to count when the helper/mover arrives with the vehicle at the start location. (point A ).   The vehicle will be used for the total time of your reservation at no extra charge, only the helpers/movers will work for extra hours (hourly rate) if the help/move/labor/driving time is greater than one hour. (Unless we agree otherwise in your estimate). If you book extra helpers/movers to assist in your move. The initial estimate/quote will only reflect the price of each helper/mover for the first hour of help including travel time from one point to another. If you need helpers/movers for more time than one hour for your move, each extra hour will be adjusted by our base hourly rate. Time begins at the time when the helpers/movers reach the starting point (Point A).

Hourly Labor

You can select the number of helpers/movers for the amount of time you need. Ex 2 helpers/movers x 2 hours. Please note that you will receive assistance for the time you reserve. Time begins at the time when the helpers/movers reach the starting point (Point A).

Note: You can request more time if you need it to finish your move. (Depending on availability)
