Do you need more time than requested to finish your move?

You may need more time than requested to complete a move. This can be due to a variety of factors, such as the size of the move, the number of items to be moved, the distance of the move, or unexpected delays.

In case you need a little more time. We have a grace period between each move, to enable our clients that each move can be completed satisfactorily. Keep in mind that it all depends on the availability of helpers you have to help you that day.

It is important to let us know of any requests for additional time as soon as you see that you may need the additional time to ensure that all parties are aware of the situation.

Please note that we round up hours to the next whole hour. For example, if you booked 3 hours and we worked 3 and 30 minutes because you needed 30 minutes to finish your move, we’ll round it up to 4 hours, so you’ll be charged the full additional hour for the number of helpers needed ( Helper/Move Fee x hour)
