HelperMover Refund Return Policy

Thank you for choosing HelperMover as your shipping and moving provider. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from our online store. Please find our merchandise return policy below to ensure a hassle-free experience should you wish to return an item.

Return Term:

You have up to 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

Return Conditions:

Item must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging.

Return Process:

To request a return, simply contact us via email [help@helpermover.com] and provide the following information: order number, item description, and reason for return. We’ll review your request and, if it meets our policies, we’ll send you return instructions.

Refund:

Once we have received and reviewed the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund will be made in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@helpermover.com.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of $50.00 per order will apply to cover administrative costs associated with the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product(s), you should mail your product(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Shipping and Delivery Costs:

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In addition, the customer is responsible for shipping or delivery costs when returning any item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@helpermover.com so we can process your return.

Purchase receipt:

It will be necessary to present the original purchase receipt to process the return. Be sure to keep a copy of the receipt for your reference.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
