Here’s how you can request the permanent deletion of your account: (Your account will be manually deleted by our Provider Support Team)
- **Using the app:**
-Go to My Account -Sign in with your credentials
-Go to the Delete My Account icon – Now will be able to review and submit your account for erasure.
2. **Contacting Our Support Team:**
– Via Online Chat: While you using the app click on the chat icon in the lower-right corner to initiate a conversation with our Provider support team.
– Via Email: Send your account deletion request to **help@helpermover.com** from the email address associated with your HelperMover Provider account.
2a. **Request Account Deletion:**
In your message, kindly state your intent clearly. For example, you can say, “I would like to request the permanent deletion of my HelperMover Provider account.”
2b. **Confirm Your Identity:**
To ensure the security of your account, our support team may ask you to verify your identity. Please cooperate with any such requests to proceed with the deletion process.
⚠️ Please Note:
– The deletion of your HelperMover Provider account will be permanent.
– Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your information, including your task history or account details.
-Once the deletion has been completed (generally between 30 days after the request), you will receive a confirmation email saying that your account and all the information associated with it have been successfully deleted.
-Please note that all data associated with your account will be deleted when the account is deleted. This includes user-generated content that’s shared with others, such as photos, any available balance, videos, text posts, and reviews.
-If any local laws or regulations require that we maintain some data, we will let you know as soon as the account erasure is requested.
