Order/booking not appearing on the My account history
Your order history is not appearing on your account.
There are a few things you can try to resolve this issue:
Make sure you are signed in to the correct account. If you have multiple accounts, it’s possible that you may be signed in to the wrong one.
If you have made an order without being signed in first, your order/booking maybe not appear on your account since your order/booking was placed as a guest, not as a registered user, we recommend to sing into your account first and then making a new order/booking so your will appear on My account order/booking history.
Check to see if there are any filters applied to your order/booking history. Sometimes, filters can hide certain orders from view.
Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. This can sometimes resolve issues with websites not loading properly.
