What does “Providers” mean on the Reservation Form?

In the context of HelperMover, the term “Providers” refers to the number of people, helpers or operators that the client needs to perform the service they are hiring.

Think of them as the labor needed for the job. For example:

For a small move, a customer might need 2 providers (two people to load and unload).

For a furniture moving service, it may require 2 providers, if the furniture is too heavy or large for a single person to load the furniture into the vehicle and then unload the furniture from the vehicle.

For a simple assembly job, you might only need 1 provider.

This is due to many factors but the most common are:

• We are not yet available with the selected vehicles in the area you are trying to make the reservation.
• We do not have the desired vehicle because our vehicles are at capacity or have already been reserved by other clients. Try changing the times/dates of your move/delivery.
• The minimum reservation price does not cover the costs of the expected vehicle. Large vehicles cannot be used in your reservation.

No, you are not required to tip your helpers.

The recommended tip may be added to your reservation but you can easily change the amount of how much you want to tip.

You can also eliminate the tip completely in step number 3 when you are making the reservation.

Finally, you will be able to tip your helpers directly when your move has been completed, and you will also receive a separate email where you can send a tip to your helpers.

Yes, you can add more helpers (Providers)to assist you, Please keep in mind that the helpers will serve as “Labor Only” (By the hour) which means that the vehicle will be included in the price of your reservation but the extra helpers will be for as long as you need them by the hour (Hourly Rate), see our help page for more information about the helpers and time.
